Van 17 t/m 19 juni vindt in Milaan een internationaal congres plaats over 'Spinoza en de geschiedenis'. Er worden 23 lezingen gehouden, merendeels in het Italiaans (16). Naast nog 3 lezingen in het Spaans en 2 in het Engels, spreekt Laurent Bove op maandagmiddag 17 juni over Spinoza et les enjeux de l'histoire du peuple juif en Manfred Walther op woensdagmiddag 19 juni over Spinozas Conatus-Lehre als Grundlage einer Entwicklungslogik?

Van 18 t/m 21 juni wordt op de UNAM in Mexico-stad een internationaal congres gehouden t.g.v. het feit dat 500 jaar geleden Machiavelli's 'Il Principe' is verschenen: 'Maquiavelo y sus críticos. A 500 años de 'El Príncipe' de Nicolás Maquiavelo.'
Op donderdag 20 juni spreekt Luis Ramos-Alarcón Marcin (UACM) van 12.30 - 13.30 over Naturaleza humana y ambición desde Platón, Maquiavelo y Spinoza.
