The Association Het Spinozahuis was set up to promote the life and work of Benedictus Spinoza (1632-1677).
Its two main seats are:
The house where Spinoza lived in Rijnsburg. Now a museum, its collection includes more than 300 works dating from the 17th-18th centuries by and on the Dutch philosopher.
- The house where Spinoza lived and died in The Hague, which includes a study room offering 19th and 20th century works by and on Spinoza. In addition to serving as a study room and archive, it is primarily set to become a biographical museum.
